This will be my last entry until after Christmas. I have lot's to do, with helping my g/kids wrap their treasures and make cards. Then there is the food preparation (that is not my favorite thing to do). All to get to the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day celebration. Anyway, I said all that to say...I don't want the puter to take me away from this fabulous time of year. So, I am turning it off tonight and will (try) not turn it on again until after Christmas.
I want to thank Ken and Beth for the lovely Christmas card. That was so thoughtful of you. I have received several cards this year and enjoyed them so much. That kind of makes me ashamed that I gave up card sending. I think I will revisit that decision next year. lol. I also got a lovely Christmas gift from my wonderful step-son (in Indy). I collect dolphins and he sent me the most beautiful dolphin wind chime. I'll have to take a photo of it after Christmas so you can see it.
Anyway, I just wanted to get the last of my Christmas tags out and wish everyone a Happy Holiday. May we all be surrounded by our loved ones, may those that are traveling be safe and may all your Christmas wishes come true.
Hugs, Joyce

ReplyDeleteHi Joyce, I think that is admirable that you are going to keep the computer off until after Christmas. I know this will be a belated message but, I came by to wish you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and I hope that you enjoy the time with family. Last year I couldn't get cards out because I went and bought some really cute home made style cards, wrote them ALL out and went to the post office only to find out they were several dollars to mail and I only had enough money to buy a book of stamps. It was pathetic but the cards were thrown away instead of mailed. I just couldn't afford to mail them. This year, I went to Target and bought some cheap cards and offered to send them to anyone who sent me their address but, only a handful asked me to send them cards. Now I have a LOT of cards, a book of stamps and no one to send them too! Oh well.
ReplyDeleteMERRY CHRISTMAS ... again. :-)
