Happy day after Thanksgiving everyone. I hope your's was as nice as mine. We just had our little family but the food was wonderful and the company the best.
I didn't actually shop Black Friday but my daughter did. Her reaction???
NEVER AGAIN! She only went to Walmart here in town but she said it was awful. She got there at 4:30 and had to stand in line to get in. Some people had been there all night and grabbed up everything and then just hung around until 5:00 A.M. to pay for it. She was able to get Brandon a camouflage coat for $8.00 and a couple pair of jeans for Jackie for $8.00 each. She brought Jackie and Brandon to me at 4:25 this morning and I put one on the couch and one in my recliner and me and Gizmo went back to bed...lol. I'm finished with my shopping. I just have to get some wrapping paper now and get the stuff wrapped, but that's the fun stuff.
Anyway, enjoy your long weekend (for those of you who work) and fill up on leftovers. That's what I'm fixin' to do. (That's TN talk for 'getting ready to do'.)

We had a very nice day yesterday. I had to work today. My youngest did Black Friday and loved it but she's young and ambitious. I don't think I've ever shopped on Black Friday. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeletelol..I'm so glad that I didn't go to my Walmart this year. Shopko had four or five things that I wanted. The store opened at 5.I decided that I wouldn't go until 6. There were not many people there at all. One couple told me that they had gone to Walmart and it was crazy.
